Responsible for the management of the Weill Education Center, Event Services Office, under the guidance of the IT systems group. Supports and maintains all centrally operated conference spaces, classrooms and lectures halls. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of integrated AV systems in these rooms and to ensure rooms are up to date with the latest technology. Provides comprehensive technical and customer service related training for all of the Event Services Office staff.
