In Classroom Technical Support we facilitate the use of AV technology for teaching in 105 centrally reserved classrooms. We also support AV in many labs, seminar rooms, and meeting rooms.
As Classroom Technology Design Manager I design and specify AV systems for classrooms and assist U of G departments to outfit their spaces. I also apply standards and best practices to the room layout, considering acoustics, lighting, viewing angles, seating, and teaching area to create a learning environment that supports the teaching/learning endeavor.
I am also a Scout leader and play in a band.
